What do you need from me?

Just your website address and an email. We take everything else from your site, then ask you to approve the facts before anything gets made.

Can I make a video if I don't have a website yet?

Yes. Sign in and choose "Build it from scratch", then tell us what you do and who it's for, list the facts you want on screen, and add your logo or a few screenshots. Only the facts you write can appear in the video, and the packages and prices are the same.

Can I pick one of your reels as a template?

Yes, and it costs the same. Tap "Make one like this" under an example reel or on its look page, or choose one when you get to the style step. You keep its look, its pacing and its kind of music, while the words, facts, colours and logo are all yours, and only facts you've approved go in. Nothing from the brand we made it for carries over. Any package works: we'll stretch a 15-second reel to a minute if you want, or rebuild it for the Bundle's three formats.

What counts as a fact?

Any number, claim or quote that would appear on screen, like a customer count, a price or a feature. Each one comes with the words from your site and a link to the page, so you can check it yourself.

Where does the music come from?

It's generated for your video, along with the sound effects, so there's nothing extra to license.

Can I use the video in ads?

Yes. Once you've paid, use it wherever you like to promote your business. See the terms.

Can agencies make videos for their clients?

Yes. Order a video for each client launch, hand it over and charge for your time; your client can use it just as if they'd ordered it. Get their go-ahead on the facts before you approve them. See launch videos for agencies.

Can I add a voiceover?

Yes. It's $7 on the Short or the Reel, and the Bundle already includes it. There are six voices to pick from, British and American, or we'll match one to your brand. The script only uses facts you've approved and goes through the same checks as the words on screen. You'll get the reel with the voice and without it, so you can post whichever suits the place it's going.

Can I change my video after it's made?

Yes. Ask for a change in plain words on your order page, like a bigger logo or a slower scene, and we'll make it and send you the new version. You get 3 free edits with every order, then it's $5 an edit or 5 for $14. Edits can only use facts you've already approved, and if we can't make one, it doesn't count.

Can I make my video longer or get more formats later?

Yes. Say you bought the 15-second Short and now want a minute for YouTube: open your order page and pick the upgrade, and you pay the difference, not a new price. A Short to a 30 or 60-second Reel is $28, and a Short to all three formats is $55. Going from a Reel to the Bundle costs $28. Want a Reel or Bundle at a different length? That's $13. We don't start from scratch. We take the reel you already liked and stretch it, trim it or re-lay it out for the new shapes, and it still only says things you've approved. If there's a voiceover, we'll record it again for free. Your old version doesn't go anywhere, and if the upgrade doesn't work out, you get your money back.

What if something goes wrong?

A reel that fails our checks never reaches you, because a person fixes it by hand first. And if we can't deliver, we refund you in full.
