These terms are between you and Adapt Progress Evolve Ltd (company number 10047328, England and Wales), which runs Launch Video Maker. Contact: [email protected].
What you get
A motion video made from your website, in the package, length and format you choose before paying. The price shown at checkout includes VAT and is paid once. There is no subscription.
Your part
- Only give us a website you own or are allowed to promote.
- Check each fact before you approve it. We only put facts you have approved on screen, and we rely on your approval that they are true and that you may use them.
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful or misleading.
Using your video
Once you have paid, you may use your video to promote your business anywhere, including in paid advertising, for as long as you like. The music and sound are generated for your video. Your own content (your name, logo, screenshots and words) stays yours. We may keep a copy to deliver it to you again; we will not use your video in our own marketing without asking you first.
Quality and refunds
Every video goes through automated checks before it reaches you. If a video fails them, a person fixes it before it is delivered. If we cannot deliver a video that passes, we refund you in full. Because the video is digital content made to your choices, you agree when you pay that production starts straight away, and you lose the 14-day right to cancel once it has started. This does not affect your statutory rights: if the video is faulty or not as described, tell us and we will put it right or refund you.
Our liability
We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for business losses, or for facts you approved that turn out to be wrong. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version in force when you paid applies to that order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
